Organic Music (Porcelain Seed Garlic)

An outstanding plant producing very large bulbs. Strong, robust plants stand out in the garden. A starchy-sweet and substantial garlic when baked. Porcelain garlic displays satiny white bulb wrappers with 4-6 symmetrical cloves per bulb. Store longer than Rocamboles. Cloves are often as large as unshelled Brazil nuts and are frequently mistaken for elephant garlic.
