Annual Meeting 

Our Annual Meeting will be held Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at the Rutland Public Library from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. More details to follow closer to the event.

Monthly Meetings 

All meetings are held every third Wednesday of the month at 9:30 am unless otherwise noted. The dates for the upcoming months are as follows,

Meetings take place in the USDA Conference Room at 52 Boyden Road, Holden. A Zoom option is also available, link provided on the Agenda.
