Fast growing, medium sized tree with striking white bark and colorful fall foliage. Mature height of 25-45 feet and spread of 15-20 feet. Grows best in cool, moist soil but can tolerate drier conditions. Relatively easy to establish. Full or partial sun. Native to Massachusetts.

Habitat trees for a range of species from birds, small mammals, and insects. Host to the Luna Moth and Eastern Tiger Swallowtail.
