Grow Native Mass presents Bethany Nichols for a (literal) hands-on introduction to soil and learn what steps you can take to create a healthy food web in your home landscape— no matter if you own or rent!

Soil is a living and life-giving natural resource, and an essential but often overlooked aspect of our home and community landscapes. Healthy soil management practices foster landscapes that are both easier to maintain and more resilient amid a changing climate. They are key to sustaining soil food webs of fungi, microbes, and other organisms, which in turn help plants flourish. And best practices aren’t limited to adding organic matter; things like minimizing disturbance, maintaining a diverse ground cover, and maximizing root growth are also important.

This is a ticketed event, please visit Grow Native Mass to register.
