The 2026 Worcester County Conservation District Scholarship Fund
We are happy to support students with a scholarship opportunity of $1,000 to be awarded to one graduating high school senior in the year 2026. In order to be considered for this scholarship, the below criteria must be met and a complete package received by April 10, 2026.
Applicant Requirements:
- A high school senior entering college in September 2026
- Majoring in Natural Resource Conservation, Environmental Science, related Environmental field, or Agricultural field
- Permanent home address is located within Worcester County, MA.
- The high school of attendance can be outside county lines as long as the student’s permanent residence is within Worcester County.
Applications must be submitted via the Google Form below. There are initial identifying questions and then 3 required attachments to upload:
- An essay containing at least 300 words explaining why you are interested in pursuing the chosen degree program and how it will apply to your career plans.
- An official school transcript
- One letter of recommendation from a teacher, guidance counselor, athletic coach or employer.
Only complete applications will be considered.
