2019 WCCD Fall Bulb Sale

Important Information

Order Deadline: Extended to Monday, October 7, 2019

All orders will need to be picked up on Friday, October 25th between 3 & 6pm or Saturday, October 26th between 9 and 12noon

Pick up Location: WCCD office located in the Medical Arts Building, 52 Boyden Road in Holden, MA.

How to order: Our sale will be offered for online sales only at this time. To shop online, simply scroll down and click on bulb selections below.

Confirmations: An email and/or phone reminder will be sent to you with additional information for order pick up. If you are unable to pick up your order at these dates and times, please contact us to arrange for an alternate pick up.

Orders will be filled as long as bulbs are available. If your selection is unavailable, you will be refunded or asked if you’d like an alternative of similar price. No refunds for orders not picked up. NO refunds for orders cancelled after 9/30/2019. For bulb orders greater than 50 per variety, please call for pricing (508) 829-4477 x5.

Volunteering: We always need volunteers to help pack individual orders for our sales! You can volunteer on Thursday, October 24th anytime between 9:30am and 4pm. Please email Lisa.trotto@usda.gov if you are interested in volunteering.

Sale Policies: You are responsible for picking up your order. If you do not pick up your order, it will be returned to our office and we cannot guarantee survival. Unclaimed orders will be donated to the conservation groups after pick-up ends.

We cannot accept claims for shortages or unsatisfactory plants once you leave the WCCD location; however if you are dissatisfied with any item in your order you may exchange it or request a refund at the time of pickup.
